empathy intervention meta-analysis文獻紀錄：1

Menezes等人（2021）回顧了2015 ~ 2020年間以提升醫學院學生的empathy以及compassion的相關課程。經過篩選，最後共有24篇文獻納入分析。結果顯示經過課程訓練，學生們的同理心都有顯著的提升，或是比起對照組有更高的同理心的成果。

這些課程作者分為六大類，最多的是溝通技巧以及正念的訓練課程。其他的數量都不多。對於課程可能會有效原因並沒有詳加說明。

    • 最多文獻所教授的課程內容
  2. mindfulness
    • 次多文獻所教授的內容
  3. early clinical exposure
    • service learning、clerkship（見習、實習）
  4. technology-enhanced learning
    • 利用虛擬病人、電腦化作業訓練
  5. comics
    • 用漫畫來教同理，看完之後進行反思寫作
  6. arts and culture.
    • 人文社會課程

訓練成果有4大類，而其中最常被使用的就是Jefferson’s scale of physician empathy scale（24篇當中有15篇用這個）。

  1. Self-reported changes in knowledge, skills, and attitude
  2. Changes in knowledge (knowledge test)
  3. Changes in behavior (behavioral task)
  4. Patient-reported outcomes (例如：Satisfaction)
